30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your Premium Membership within the first 30 days, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
1. Premium Membership Refunds
We stand behind our product with a full 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers:
- If you subscribed within the last 30 days and are not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
- Refund requests after 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- After a refund is processed, your premium access will be deactivated immediately.
- You may only request one courtesy refund per account per calendar year.
2. Annual Plan Refunds
- Annual memberships are eligible for the full 30-day refund guarantee.
- After 30 days, you may request a pro-rated refund for unused months. For example, if you cancel after 4 months, you would receive a refund for the remaining 8 months.
- Pro-rated refund requests must be submitted within 12 months of purchase.
3. Individual Recipe Purchases
- Individual recipe purchases ($4.99 each) are generally non-refundable once the recipe has been accessed or downloaded.
- If you were charged but unable to access the recipe due to a technical error on our side, we will issue a full refund or provide alternative access.
- If you accidentally purchased the same recipe twice, contact us within 7 days for a refund of the duplicate charge.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are two different things:
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. You keep access until your billing period ends. No refund is issued.
- Refund: You contact support to request a monetary refund. Your access ends immediately upon refund processing.
If you simply want to stop future charges, cancellation from the dashboard is sufficient — no email needed.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We respond quickly to all refund requests and will happily resolve any issues. Chargebacks result in account suspension and may be contested if the refund policy was not followed.
