2. Description of Service
FlavorCraft Kitchen is an online recipe platform offering free and premium recipe content. Premium membership provides access to 90+ downloadable PDF recipes, meal plans, nutritional tables, and an exclusive community group.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Premium Membership & Payments
- Premium membership is billed monthly at $9.99/month or annually at $79.99/year.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard.
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Individual recipe purchases are non-refundable once downloaded, except as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
- All recipes, images, and content on FlavorCraft Kitchen are the intellectual property of FlavorCraft Kitchen or its licensors.
- Premium content is licensed to you personally for non-commercial, personal use only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share premium content with others.
- User-submitted community recipes remain the property of the submitting user, but you grant FlavorCraft Kitchen a license to display them on the platform.
6. Community & Conduct
When participating in our community (WhatsApp group, recipe uploads, comments), you agree to:
- Be respectful to other members and staff.
- Not post spam, offensive, or inappropriate content.
- Not share premium content outside the platform.
- Not promote other services or products without permission.
We reserve the right to remove content or ban users who violate community standards without refund.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Recipes and nutritional information are provided for informational purposes only. FlavorCraft Kitchen makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of nutritional data. Consult a licensed dietitian or physician before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have health conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlavorCraft Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
